FAQ

Shipping 

Our shipping service is available to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday and will arrive on or before the specified date(s) listed upon checkout.

  • Please allow 9 to 14 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 13 to 20 business days after the order is placed. (with longer transit time in remote and rural areas). All other items are scheduled to arrive between 5-8 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS and provide Tracking Information.
  • Insured Shipping & Handling are offered for every order for an additional $4.95 to secure your funds to be refunded for any issues that may arise by USPS.
  • Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays and pandemics. 

I didn't get my entire order?

Novalico has a few distribution centers, as a result, some of your items may be arriving separately. A tracking number will be provided for all packages arriving to your shipping address, if for any reason you only received one tracking number and there are items missing in your delivery, please reach out to us at:

My item arrived Damaged?

Customer satisfaction and feedback is very important to us, if for any reason your item has arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and we will expedite you a brand new one. If the packaging was damaged, please send us photos of that as well.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All engraved or personalized items will not be accepted for returns, if the item is damaged or defected please email us a photo of it and we will ship you a new one. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us your order number along with the reasoning for your return. 

If your return has been approved, we advise you to provide us with a tracking number for your order to insure its prompt arrival.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
