Shipping Policy
Our shipping service is available to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday and will arrive on or before the specified date(s) listed upon checkout.
- Please allow between 9-13 days for the production of our personalized items, at Novalico we take quality control very seriously to ensure that our customers receive their pieces in their best condition.
- Orders are shipped via USPS and provide Tracking Information.
- Insured Shipping & Handling are offered for every order for an additional $4.95 to secure your funds to be refunded for any issues that may arise by USPS.
- Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays and pandemics.
Novalico offers Free Shipping on all of our products and prices our items competitively so that our customers can get the best bang for their buck.
From time to time some packages get sent to addresses of businesses or homes that do not exist and the packages thereafter get "returned to sender". It is also common for our customers to forget to insert their apartment number or made a mistake in their address which caused the package to be "returned to sender" as well.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Restocking Fee If the package was shipped to the provided shipping address and ended up being "Returned To Sender" for a faulty address or undeliverable address the customer is responsible for paying a $20 Restocking Fee. Order Cancellations Unfortunately we cannot cancel personalized orders that are in mid production, this is due to the fact that they are being specially produced for each individual customer as per request. Personalized items take place in a very precise and unique line of production that does not allow for a cancellation mid process. Wrong Address/Typo in Address (Package Returned to Sender) Novalico offers Free Shipping on all of our products and prices our items competitively so that our customers can get the best bang for their buck.
This Shipping Fee is available for customers who wish to have their package sent back to them with the correct address, another option would be to cancel the order which would lead to a $25.00 cancellation fee due to handling and shipping payments from our end.
